I lost my access code — can you resend it?+
Yes. Email us at asadmanan188@gmail.com with your Etsy order number and we'll resend your code straight away.
My page is showing an error. What do I do?+
Email us with your project name (the slug in your URL) and a screenshot if possible. We'll look at it directly on the server and fix it fast.
Can I request a custom template design?+
We're open to custom requests depending on the brief and timeline. Reach out via email or LinkedIn with your idea and we'll let you know if it's something we can do.
I haven't received my PDF after buying on Etsy.+
Check your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews — the download should be there. If it's missing, message us on Etsy or email us your order number and we'll send it manually.
Can I get a refund?+
Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed. However, if something is genuinely broken and we can't fix it, we'll sort it out. We're reasonable people — just talk to us.
Do you do bulk or business orders?+
Yes. If you need multiple codes for a wedding planning business, event company, or agency — reach out via LinkedIn or email and we'll work something out.
